The IELLEN is an incorporated association, overseen by a Committee of Management.
The Committee of Management attracts people from business and industry, education and training, and the local community.
Together with a talented staff team, the IELLEN continues to make a real difference, especially to those who are most vulnerable.

Andrew Neophytou - CEO
Andrew has been at the IELLEN since 2011 after being appointed CEO in 2015. During the past decade he has established or brokered numerous partnerships, networks, and working groups. He also has many years prior experience in management and service delivery roles in the not for profit sector.
Tracey Fenton - Partnerships and Projects
Tracey has been with the IELLEN since late 2016. Her primary role is to develop projects, in partnership with stakeholders, that contribute to engaging the most disadvantaged young people. She also has extensive experience in the community sector, including in youth programs.
Dennis Cindric – School to Work Program Manager
Dennis has been employed with the IELLEN since 2016. He currently oversees the School to Work program, sourcing Structured Workplace Learning (SWL) and Work Experience (WE) opportunities for secondary students, liaising with industry and schools around career events as well.

Penny Vakakis - VET Programs
Penny joined the organisation in 2024. She has extensive experience – more than 20 years – successfully running the Inner Melbourne VET Cluster (IMVC), and was most recently the Principal of Youth2Industry College.
