Young people aged 15 – 18 years are invited to submit a short film about their participation in and/or pursuit of a personal interest, program, group or project.
- Entries must between at least 30 seconds, and no longer than 3 minutes duration (including titles and credits).
- Entries must be shot entirely using smartphone.
- Competition entrants must live/study/work/play within the local government areas of Port Phillip, Stonnington or Boroondara.
- Entry is free!
- Prizes include a $300 voucher for the Best Film.
- Competition deadline is Sunday, 29 July 2018 at 5.00pm.
